How quickly will you respond to my message?
We respond to all inquiries within 2–4 hours during business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
How does the free sample work?
WhatsApp us your topic, your target audience, and one keyword. We write a 500-word sample at no charge. If you like the quality, we discuss a package. If not, no obligation and no payment required.
What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
We need three things: your topic or product name, your target audience, and your preferred keyword. If you don't have a keyword, we'll suggest one based on research.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer. First-time clients pay before delivery; returning clients can pay on receipt.
Can I request revisions after receiving my content?
Yes. Every order includes at least one free revision. Monthly package clients receive unlimited revisions — we revise until you're completely satisfied.
Do you write in English or Urdu?
English only, for now. All content is written for a Pakistani audience and references local context, pricing, and buying behaviour where relevant.
