These Terms & Conditions govern your use of technovolve.com and any content writing services provided by Technovolve. Technovolve is operated by Muneeb Shafique in Lahore, Pakistan. In these Terms, “Technovolve,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operating business, while “client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or business using our website or ordering our services.

By placing an order, making a payment, approving a quote, requesting a sample, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

Technovolve provides AI-assisted, human-edited content writing services for businesses, founders, freelancers, online stores, and agencies. Services may include SEO blog posts, website copy, LinkedIn ghostwriting, product descriptions, email newsletters, social media captions, and related content support.

Exact deliverables, word count, topic scope, number of posts, turnaround time, price, and revision terms are agreed before work begins through a quote, package, written message, invoice, or email confirmation.

Free samples are short evaluation extracts, not complete articles, campaigns, or product listings. One sample may be limited to one business or project, and Technovolve may decline repeated or excessive free-sample requests.

Technovolve uses AI writing tools as part of the research, drafting, structuring, and editing workflow. However, our service is not raw AI text delivery. Content is reviewed, edited, structured, and refined by a human before delivery.

Technovolve reviews content for clarity, internal consistency, and reasonable factual accuracy based on the approved brief and available sources. AI-assisted content may still contain errors, outdated information, or claims requiring specialist verification. The client remains responsible for final approval and specialist verification of legal, medical, financial, technical, regulated, price-sensitive, or product-specific information before publication.

Technovolve does not add undisclosed service fees. Payment-provider, bank, transfer, or currency-conversion charges may apply separately and are normally the responsibility of the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing before payment.

Pricing may be listed in USD for international clients. Pakistani clients may request PKR pricing through WhatsApp or email.

• International payments may be accepted through Payoneer or another agreed payment channel.
• Pakistani clients may pay through local options such as bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, especially for custom orders, large projects, or monthly packages.
• The remaining balance is due before final editable files, full content files, or complete package delivery are released.
• For monthly packages, payment is normally due at the start of each billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

Prices may change over time. Confirmed orders already accepted by both parties will follow the agreed quote, unless the project scope changes.

To start an order, you may be asked to provide a clear brief, target audience, preferred tone, topic, keywords, product details, website link, competitor examples, and any other information needed to complete the content properly.

If the brief is incomplete, unclear, or changes after work begins, the delivery timeline may be extended. Major changes to the original requirement may be treated as a new order or quoted separately.

Each order includes revision support based on the agreed package or quote. Monthly blog and LinkedIn packages include up to two revision rounds within the approved brief unless agreed otherwise. Revisions are intended to improve the delivered content according to the original brief.

Revision requests should be clear and specific. Examples include changes to tone, minor structure adjustments, wording improvements, or corrections based on the original requirement. Clients should review delivered work and submit revision requests within 7 calendar days unless another period is agreed in writing. Content will be considered accepted if no revision request is received within that period.

Requests that go beyond the original scope, such as a new topic, major rewrite due to changed direction, longer word count, additional pages, extra posts, or a different content format, may be treated as a new order or charged separately.

If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a refund of any deposit paid, subject to payment processor charges or transaction costs.

• Once research, planning, writing, or editing has started, the deposit may become non-refundable.
• If a multi-piece package is cancelled after partial work has been completed, any refund will be calculated based on the unfinished portion.
• No refund is normally given after final content has been delivered and accepted.
• If we fail to deliver against the agreed brief and reasonable revisions do not resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund or other fair solution at our discretion.

Estimated delivery times are shared before or at the time of order. Delivery time depends on the size, complexity, topic, research requirement, and number of content pieces.

Delays in receiving required information, approvals, payment, feedback, product details, or access to reference material from your side may extend the delivery timeline.

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final delivered content transfers to you. You may publish, edit, reuse, or adapt the final paid content for your website, LinkedIn, product pages, marketing materials, or business communication.

Until full payment is received, drafts, outlines, samples, concepts, and unfinished work remain the property of Technovolve.

Technovolve will not publicly display confidential or unpublished client work without permission. Published work may be included in the portfolio only after client approval or where the engagement clearly permits public attribution.

To help us deliver good results on time, you agree to provide accurate information, clear project instructions, required reference material, and timely feedback.

• You are responsible for reviewing delivered content before publishing.
• You should confirm facts, claims, prices, product specifications, legal statements, and industry-sensitive information.
• You should not provide copyrighted, confidential, or restricted third-party material unless you have permission to use it.
• You are responsible for how the final content is published, presented, or used after delivery.

We treat client briefs, business information, unpublished content, product details, strategy notes, and private files as confidential. We do not share your private project details with other clients or unrelated third parties without permission.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, required by law, or necessary to share with service providers for completing the project.

Technovolve aims to deliver accurate, useful, and professional content. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage, business interruption, ranking changes, platform decisions, search engine changes, or outcomes resulting from how the content is used after delivery.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We do not guarantee exact SEO rankings, sales results, traffic numbers, engagement numbers, or platform performance.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement, such as a monthly content package, by giving written notice through email or WhatsApp.

Work already completed or started up to the termination date may be billed and delivered according to the agreed scope. Any refund will follow the Refund Policy above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion before taking further action.

We may update these Terms as our services, pricing, payment methods, workflow, or business processes change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will show the latest version.

Continuing to use technovolve.com or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
