01 About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of technovolve.com and any content writing services ("Services") provided by Technovolve ("we", "us", "our") to you ("client", "you"). By placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

02 Our Services

Technovolve provides AI-assisted, human-edited content writing services, including SEO blog posts and articles, LinkedIn ghostwriting, social media captions, product descriptions, and email newsletters. Exact deliverables, word counts, and turnaround times are agreed per order, package, or custom quote before work begins.

03 AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

Our content is created using AI writing tools combined with human review and editing. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing and fact-checking content before publishing it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive topics.

04 Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is listed in USD for international clients, and available in PKR via WhatsApp for clients based in Pakistan.
• International payments are accepted via Payoneer. Local clients can pay via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
• A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before we begin work, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the completed content, before final files are released.
• For ongoing monthly packages, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

05 Revisions

Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions based on your feedback, provided the requested changes stay within the original brief. Requests that go beyond the original scope (a different topic, longer word count, an extra piece of content) may be treated as a new order or charged separately.

06 Refund Policy

• If you cancel before we begin work, you'll receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Once writing has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed. If you cancel after writing has started but before delivery, a refund for any undelivered portion of a multi-piece package may be issued at our discretion.
• No refunds are given once final content has been delivered and accepted, except where we've failed to deliver against the agreed brief and reasonable revisions haven't resolved the issue.

07 Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are shared at the time of order and depend on the size and complexity of the project. Delays in receiving necessary information, briefs, or feedback from your side may extend the agreed timeline.

08 Content Ownership & License

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final, delivered content transfers to you, and you're free to publish, edit, or use it as you wish. Until full payment is received, all drafts and content remain the property of Technovolve. We may showcase completed work, or anonymized excerpts, in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

09 Client Responsibilities

To deliver good results on time, we ask that you provide a clear brief and any reference material we need, respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable time, and review delivered content carefully before publishing.

10 Confidentiality

We treat your business information, briefs, and unpublished content as confidential, and won't share it with third parties without your permission, except as required to deliver the service or by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver accurate, high-quality content, but we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or publication of content we provide, including consequences of AI-generated inaccuracies not caught during your review. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12 Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement, such as a monthly package, by giving written notice via email or WhatsApp. Work already completed up to the termination date will be billed and delivered, and any refund will follow the Refund Policy above.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.

14 Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the update.
